TikTok is seeking a Benefits Operations Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion. This is a full-time role located in Dubai.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting and improving benefits operations of multiple counties in the EMEA region, participate in delivering benefits related projects.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with vendors by strictly adhering to the contract and SLAs.
- Develop relationships with local authorities if needed regarding Taxes and Social Security.
- Responsible for accurate, on time, benefits data delivery, collection and execution.
- Strong understanding of contractual obligations and their application.
- Supporting benefits process design and communications.
- Management of benefit payments and invoicing.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, HR Operations team, Payroll team to upgrade benefit operation efficiency and enhance employee experience.
- Thinking and working independently to research, analyze and make recommendations on potential areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations across EMEA and benefits reporting requirements to local authorities.
- Good understanding of payroll and taxes applicable to benefits provisions.
- Hands on, strong functional knowledge and experience of handling the operation of Pensions, Private Medical Insurance, Income Protection, Wellbeing.
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to compile and reconcile data. Advanced user of MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant course or degree is desirable, but not essential.
- Second language is a plus but not essential.
- Good communication skills both written and oral.
- Experience or desire to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment, under pressure with frequent deadlines.
