Our Supply Chain & Logistics team is a key pillar of the global e-commerce business, responsible for the selection of goods, procurement, warehousing, inventory management and other business modules. It aims to improve customer experience with warehousing, supply chain & logistics technology, empowering merchants to simplify and expand their business worldwide with dependable and trustworthy fulfillment capabilities, so as to to make affordable and high-quality products more accessible, contributing to an improved quality of life for consumers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop efficient, highly scalable and secured services to build/integrate Supply Chain & Logistics system for domestic and global TikTok Shop E-commerce.

- Optimize backend systems and services for data security, modularity, computational efficiency and scalability.
- Deliver best-in-class engineering excellence practices across all product engineering disciplines.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
- 1 to 3 years experience developing highly scalable backend services and systems using at least one of Java/Go/Python/C++. Qualified new graduates would also be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Delivery Technology, and/or Warehousing.
- Experience in E-Commerce and retail related fields.
- Experience in full stack development is a plus.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $137750 - $237500 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
