Responsibilities
The Global B2B Communications team leads communications efforts aimed at business and marketing industry audiences. Working in close partnership with regional communications, sales, and marketing teams across key markets, the team develops and drives initiatives that help brands unlock the potential of TikTok and engage meaningfully with its community. They shape and execute media strategies for B2B audiences, collaborate cross-functionally with the Consumer, Content, Product, and Revenue teams, and are passionate about inspiring creativity and joy among our marketing partners.
Responsibilities
- Co-lead B2B communications strategy across EU, and be the first point of contact for the commercial and partnerships teams in the region at an EU level, under the direction of the EMEA B2B Comms leader

- Contribute to the execution of TikTok's B2B communications strategy and programs for TikTok's partnerships team across EU working closely with the global comms market leads.
- Build awareness of our partnerships and products through media and industry-facing initiatives that articulate our mission, values and technology in EU.
- Work cross-functionally with regional and global communications teams based on regional and market needs to drive clear narratives about our business product, partnerships and vision.
- Build close relationships with and provide regular communications counsel to the leadership of the EU sales, business marketing, partnership and PSO teams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across EU to deliver compelling and impactful events for our clients and business stakeholders, and coach company spokespeople for press engagements.
- Develop and execute press strategies, messaging, and communications guidance related to our commercial offerings and strategic partnerships for large customers and small/medium-sized businesses across all aspects such as products, measurement, creative lab, and research.
- In partnership with market comms leads in EU, handle inbound press inquiries and interact with media on a range of issues.
- Train and advise EU spokespeople for media interviews, press conferences and presentations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required
- Proven understanding of the pan-regional media landscape in Europe
- Excellent written communications skills
- Deep understanding of public opinions and media sentiment about commerce
- An excellent communicator who can successfully build relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
- A team player who can lead projects and strong project management skills
- Experience working in social media, Internet, Technology companies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in cross-border, multi-cultural environment is preferred
- Ability to cope well and gain trust with internal stakeholders, proven track record of working in a dynamic and large organization is preferred
- Ability to multitask efficiently under pressure and ambiguity, with self-starting and motivated attitudes in a cross-cultural and fast-paced environment
- Understanding of the e-commerce industry and the familiarity of how e-commerce products work is preferred.
