Team Introduction
We are looking for a APAC Partner Manager to join our Product Partnerships team, with a focus on new partner development in the region and accelerating the adoption of our partner solutions in the focus markets. Partnerships are a critical means of scaling interactions between TikTok users and businesses across the globe. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to shape and deploy internal and external programs and solutions designed to help businesses find success on TikTok. The team's culture mirrors that of a small start-up; a team of entrepreneurs and builders with an eye for what's next. You will work directly with our internal cross-functional partners, as well as 3rd-party companies in verticals. This role requires a combination of strong strategic thinking and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Source and qualify new partnerships that fit into overall ads monetisation strategy
- Go To Market efforts for partners in collaboration with XFN teams to launch and grow partnerships
- Manage core operations for business development efforts, including annual planning, OKRs, ongoing reporting and contract work, proactively resolving business issues
- Drive product and business adoption of monetization product integrations and solutions
- Project-manage complex integrations with various partners
- Identify opportunities to scale existing solutions to get more businesses and advertisers onto TikTok
- Define complex programs and integration paths with strategic partners to enable TikTok advertising, discovery, commerce, and creator monetization at scale
- Represent TikTok in external meetings with executives from other companies while displaying the highest personal integrity and ethics
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
- 5+ years of client-facing experience of partnerships and business development.
- Strong background in the advertisement industry, familiar with major media and ad measurement players in the market.
- Experience presenting to internal and external audiences at all levels of seniority.
- Quantitative/analytical experience.
- Fluency in both English and Korean is required to support Korean market clientele and the broader APAC region. Experience working as part of an international team is also essential
Preferred Qualification
- Advanced knowledge of ad measurement and data platforms.
- Experience developing complex product integrations with third parties.
- You're a builder, incredibly organized and process-oriented.
- You are a strategic thinker, but you're also a doer, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to execute.
- You thrive in an environment with changing priorities and responsibilities, and you're able to make and stand behind decisions without a clear roadmap
