We are looking for an excellent marketer to help us listen better, be more agile and continually look for ways to deliver real value to all our stakeholders, internal and external, and across the region.
Responsibilities
- Subject matter expert for marketing insights and intelligence to the sales teams - including consumer behaviour, platform insights, eCommerce and digital landscape trends across APAC
- Lead multi-market research projects to deliver quality insights across solutions (e.g. B2B client satisfaction surveys, customised B2C research, campaign measurement, etc.) and verticals (FMCG, eCommerce, etc.)

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (including product, sales, client solutions, marketing science) to develop messaging and content for external and internal scaled campaigns across APAC, leveraging various data sources to translate insights into clear, actionable and client-friendly narratives
- Deliver compelling insights and narratives for co-development of content solutions (sponsorship) packages with Content Solutions team to drive advertising revenue growth via sales enablement
- Develop marketing content to articulate TikTok's value proposition to advertisers. Understand the broader ecosystem of media solutions (Commerce, Branding and Performance) and industry developments to strategically elevate our messaging frameworks into clear, concise and easy to understand B2B language
- Providing strategic planning, copywriting, and related work support as needed
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in consumer insights or marketing, in agencies, TV networks or tech platform companies
- Robust quantitative analytical skills and attention to detail to complement strong business acumen and data storytelling
- Excellent collaborator across cross-functional teams and strong project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Self-starter, fast learner who is detail-oriented and has critical thinking
- Experience in client side (brand) and / or agency side experience (e.g. research, insights, media agencies, consulting, or sponsorship space) will be an advantage
