Job Responsibilities
- Provide various data-driven insights related to the CPS business and support the team in setting strategic direction
- Extract and integrate all revenue-related data for CPS, ensuring high data accuracy and integrity
- Build and maintain dashboards to support daily business operations and strategic decisions
- Create regular and ad-hoc data reports and visualizations to uncover business insights

- Provide training and ongoing support to POCs to ensure proper understanding and usage of data tools
- Participate in optimizing and standardizing data workflows to enhance analysis efficiency and reusability
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS degree with 5 years experience in data analysis or digital marketing and media
- Proficient in SQL and skilled in data modeling and data processing
- Familiar with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio
- Experience in data operations such as reporting, building dashboards, business intelligence tools and managing datasets
- Excellent skills in presenting data in MS Office (Excel, Thinkcell), Keynote
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate and report effectively
- Highly responsible, self-motivated, and capable of driving projects independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, especially the mobile, social landscape in APAC
- Fast learner, detail-oriented and open to helping with any task
- Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments
