APAC SMB team is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Business Analyst to build up the Analytics function from scratch. In this role, you will work alongside sales and product leaders as well as other cross functional teams to deliver in-depth business insights and operational excellence that addresses critical aspects of growth strategies.

You will play a critical role in shaping regional business priorities, building scalable and analytical frameworks and driving execution cross-functionally. You will also be responsible for coaching talents, stakeholder management and evolving organizational analytics capabilities in a fast-moving, data-centric environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and build APAC SMB business analytics framework from scratch
- Design and maintain scalable business performance monitoring systems aligned with business priorities
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing and Business Operations to drive in-depth analyses which lead up to strategic directions and actionable growth levers
- Oversee high-impact analytics projects, such as partnership penetration, sales efficiency, seasonality initiatives, etc
- Collaborate with the Global Business Analytics function on improving tooling, workflows and data infrastructure
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Data Science, Applied Math, Statistics, Economics, or related fields is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in business analytics, BI, strategy or consulting
- Deep understanding of digital business models, ideally in advertising, SaaS or e-Commerce
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation; familiarity with Python or R is a plus
- Proficiency in dashboarding and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Thinkcell)
