The Analysis & Prevention team aims to identify the systemic root causes of Trust & Safety risks and provide actionable insights that drive lasting improvements for a safer platform experience.
As an Analysis & Prevention Analyst within our Trust & Safety team, you will play a critical role in identifying, investigating, and mitigating risks on our platform. Leveraging your expertise in Trust & Safety, you will conduct root cause analyses, detect emerging risk patterns, and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to implement immediate containment measures and inform long-term prevention strategies. Your analytical rigor and domain knowledge will help safeguard the integrity of our platform and enhance user trust.

Key Responsibilities
- Investigate Trust & Safety escalations, platform abuse trends, and systemic risks through structured analysis and RCA methodologies.
- Identify root causes of high-impact issues and propose both short-term containment measures and longer-term improvements.
- Collaborate directly with regional and global teams across Risk Response, Policy, Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure timely tracking & implementation of containment measures and prevention strategies.
- Generate clear, actionable insights and reports to inform decision-making at various organizational levels, including leadership.
- Support the development and refinement of risk detection methodologies and best practices for analysis and containment efforts across regions and teams.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions, track key risk metrics, and recommend adjustments as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving Trust & Safety risks and industry trends to proactively identify new threats.
- Communicate complex analytical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Risk Analysis, Fraud Prevention, or Investigations within a tech platform, consulting firm, or regulatory environment.
- Demonstrated expertise or experience working with Middle Eastern markets and proficiency in Arabic to effectively analyze and address regional & global Trust & Safety challenges.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data querying and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Python, or similar).
- Deep understanding of the Trust & Safety risk lifecycle, including detection, containment, and prevention.
- Experience conducting root cause analysis and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Risk Response, Policy, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with machine learning or automated risk detection systems applied in Trust & Safety.
- Experience working in a global or regional Trust & Safety team.
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving risks and operational challenges.
- Strong problem-solving skills and resilience in managing the emotional demands of Trust & Safety work.
