Responsibilities
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team at TikTok is responsible for driving business growth by helping brands and partners succeed on the platform through innovative advertising and commerce solutions.
Within GBS, the Agency Partnerships team focuses on building and scaling strategic relationships with media, creative, and digital agencies. We act as trusted advisors to our agency partners - enabling them to deliver measurable value to their clients by leveraging TikTok's ad products, creator tools, commerce features, and platform insights.
Our team works closely with cross-functional stakeholders including marketing, product, operations, and sales to ensure agencies are equipped, supported, and inspired to drive performance and creativity on TikTok.

Responsibilities
- Support Strategic Growth Projects: Contribute to key initiatives that drive TikTok's business growth levers, including new client acquisition, product adoption (e.g., new ad formats, TikTok Creator solutions), and agency enablement; Provide coordination and data support for pilot programs, internal experiments, and feedback loops.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain internal trackers and dashboards to monitor agency performance and campaign activity; Assist in generating weekly and monthly reports to support business reviews and sales planning; Analyze campaign and incentive data to surface insights that drive decision-making.
- Sales Operations & Coordination: Assist with CRM updates, internal documentation, and profiling of agencies and advertisers; Help prepare materials and follow-up notes for partner meetings and internal reviews; Support the execution and tracking of agency incentive programs, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-ups.
- Troubleshooting & Operational Support: Support issue resolution related to account setup, campaign delivery, billing, and advertiser documentation; Coordinate with cross-functional teams to follow up on operational or platform-related cases raised by agency partners.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Recent graduate or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Confident and professional communicator, capable of engaging TikTok advertisers and agency partners via phone, email, and presentations with clarity and empathy.
- Strong creativity and organizational skills, with the ability to design visually compelling presentations and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel), with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and platforms.
- Fluent in Thai, with strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- Available for a full-time internship for 3-6 months.
- A proactive team player with a growth mindset - curious, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
