Responsibilities
TikTok's Agency Partnerships Team are responsible for building long term partnerships with the top agencies and brands across Europe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. An Agency Partnership Team Lead is responsible for leading and coaching a team of Agency Partnership Managers and Agency Solutions Managers to develop business in the Nordics, influence and implement the Nordic sales strategy.
Leadership:
- Responsible for people management including recruitment, talent development, organisational change and performance management
- Drive growth for the advertising business and the agency partnerships team in the region
- Work with the Agency Partnerships Lead Nordics to design and implement sales strategy

- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure both revenue and partnership growth
- Responsible for the assigned Agency BOB
- Become an ambassador for your Agencies, managing and creating joint forums with XFN's and internal stakeholders
Revenue Partnerships:
- Establish and manage relationships with Big 6 agencies
- Drive Big 6 agency deals to closure
- Retain and grow revenue from Big 6 agency advertisers
- Provide Big 6 agencies with the highest level of sales and customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams globally across product, marketing, legal, engineering and sales
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Demonstrated track record of leading a team to achieve and exceed revenue goals
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills; ability to build, lead and develop a high calibre sales team
- Deep understanding of digital landscape and a passion for social media
- Experience in advertising, digital and programmatic sales.
- Fluent Swedish and English skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Detail oriented, with exceptional organisational skills
- App monetisation experience is a plus
