Team Introduction:
The Global E-commerce team focuses on content-driven commerce through livestreaming and short videos. We aim to create a fun, interactive shopping experience and make global trade efficient and accessible. Our mission is to deliver a personalized, flexible, and efficient user experience while providing stable, scenario-based services to help merchants sell quality products at affordable prices - making a better life within reach.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

Responsibilities:
- Support the team in day-to-day operations and data-related tasks
- Assist with campaign execution, tracking, issue resolution, ad requests, and status updates
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely support for their needs
- Contribute to onboarding/offboarding/termination processes by working closely with the VN TSP strategic team on data handling, troubleshooting, and project updates
- Take ownership of assigned administrative duties and provide general troubleshooting assistance
- Gain hands-on experience in cross-functional collaboration and operational efficiency within the e-commerce ecosystem
- Learn and grow through exposure to real-time problem-solving, campaign management, and strategic operations

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Actively enrolled university students pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Able to commit at least 3 months for the internship period (longer preferred)
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional and collaborative team setting
- Good Excel knowledge [Vlookup, Sumif, Pivot table, etc]

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduating in 2026 or later, currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher
- Previous internship or project experience in operations, e-commerce, data analysis, or administrative support
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop or other e-commerce platforms is a strong plus
- Experience using tools such as Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Google Data Studio
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work under tight deadlines
