Team Introduction
Client Solutions Team at TikTok helps nurture accounts through high touch client service and education on TikTok solutions, supporting brands in achieving their marketing and business objectives. Cross functional collaboration is a mainstay for the team in providing holistic solutions that cover product knowledge, vertical expertise and market level insights. Our team is looking for individuals possessing strong business acumen and the ability to provide consultative sales in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Client Solutions Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of agency-led accounts in Singapore's agency landscape. These clients sit in our agency business and your role will be to scale them toward mid-market or key account graduation, building sustainable pipelines and driving product adoption.

1. Account Management
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across agencies and client
- Lead business reviews and planning sessions alongside Sales, with a consultative lens
- Manage and grow post-sale client relationships across Branding, Performance, and e-Commerce products by monitoring and analyzing ad campaigns, proactively identifying opportunities to improve results, and upselling through a strong understanding of performance metrics and platform mechanics.
- Drive educational enablement by building and delivering training programs for both internal teams and external partners to deepen product knowledge and campaign maturity.
2. Product & Solution Expertise
- Educate partners on TikTok's ad solutions and how they solve business goals
- Develop scaled consultation and analytical strategies to help clients and agencies improve campaign performance and maximize opportunities for their client's advertising
- Drive adoption of key products and ad solutions through education, insights, and strategy.
- Develop playbooks, test-and-learn frameworks, and vertical case studies
3. Consultation & Insights
- Translate campaign and market data into actionable insights
- Shape client and agency strategy based on learnings from scaled and focused accounts
- Share feedback to inform internal product and GTM development
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years' experience in client servicing, digital marketing, or media planning/buying
- Strong understanding of media KPIs across performance and brand campaigns
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence internal and external partners
- Confident with campaign setup, optimization, and troubleshooting
- Highly organized, analytical, and a creative problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint or Keynote
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with or at media agencies with focus on social, search, and/or programmatic
- Experience with managing a large book of >50 clients, with ability to prioritise accordingly
- Experience building scalable programs or enablement aimed at driving education and product adoption
- Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners and Pixel set up and troubleshooting
- Ability to simplify the complex and bring structure to ambiguous situations
