Team Introduction
Client Solutions Team at TikTok helps nurture accounts through high touch client service and education on TikTok solutions, supporting brands in achieving their marketing and business objectives. Cross functional collaboration is a mainstay for the team in providing holistic solutions that cover product knowledge, vertical expertise and market level insights. Our team is looking for individuals possessing strong business acumen and the ability to provide consultative sales in a fast-paced environment.
We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated agency focused client solutions manager to help scale our growing advertising business. The Agency CSM is a key member of the Agency Team, working with sales, product, and other business partners to analyse and increase the agency's spend on TikTok, in support of their marketing initiatives. You will empower agencies to use the platform by consulting on how to leverage TikTok's proprietary data, measurement, and technology to deliver meaningful business outcomes for advertisers. You will do this by educating, training, and consulting your agency partners through every step of the media planning and buying cycle. You will drive platform innovation by collecting detailed feedback from external partners and sharing it with internal TikTok teams. Advertising agencies and the social media landscape are evolving rapidly - the ability to thrive in this exciting and fluid environment will be critical to the success of this role.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a customer-led growth strategy for use of the TikTok's Advertising Platform
- Own relationships with social activation buyers and decision-makers, from the trading teams to the C-level
- Deeply understand TikTok's core value proposition in order to effectively articulate that value to our agencies and clients.
- Conduct live demonstrations of the TikTok Ad Platform
- Listen intently to client feedback on business alignment and usability of the TikTok Auction Platform, organize and share that feedback with the product, and collaborate with Product Management to drive scalable changes through to completion.
- Increase spend & product adoption across the agency, by liaising with the trading team to activate budgets across the various offerings.
- Conduct training sessions across the agency to help increase the product offering.
- Be to the go-to person across auction for the agency to facilitate the activations between the agency and our vertical team.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience building new customer relationships, with deep understanding of advertising agencies
- Understanding of the Australian Agency Landscape and ideally, relationships in this space
- Proven experience delivering results in a sales or partnership development role at a digital media or advertising technology company.
- Able to effectively and confidently communicate with C-suite level agency and client contacts.
- Strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of the data,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualification
- Existing relationships with media advertising agency decision-makers
