As part of the TikTok Local Services Operations Team, the Agency Business Lead will be responsible for leading partnerships and collaborations with creator/talent/influencer agencies and creator networks. This role focuses on developing programs that support, coach, and grow aspiring content creators on TikTok. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end agency relationships, build growth initiatives, and advocate for a thriving creator economy that benefits creators, platform engagement, and business partnerships.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage relationships with Creator Networks and Agencies, evangelizing the creator economy and TikTok Local Services's business model.
2. Drive revenue growth for creators of agency programs, contributing to overall agency business success.
3. Design and implement programs, activations, and incentive structures that support creator development and content consistency.
4. Expand and stabilize the pipeline of agency-supported streamers at scale.
5. Serve as the key liaison between Agencies and TikTok Local Services's product and operations teams, providing insights to enhance the experience.
6. Offer strategic recommendations for scaled creator development initiatives.
7. Manage and develop a team of Agency Business Development and Agency Managers.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in high-growth environments.
- Experience managing a team.
- Strong business acumen; experience in business development and partner management, with a proven ability to build and scale relationships.
- Highly analytical mindset with a strong understanding of performance metrics.
- Experience in negotiation and deal-making.
- Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple high-profile initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- A creative and strategic mindset focused on building and scaling content ecosystems.
- Experience in e-commerce partnerships and live/video shopping.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $200000 - $350000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
