This role sits within the Advertiser Experience Product and Operations Team under Business Integrity. Our team focuses on enhancing advertiser satisfaction during commercial content and account review processes through data-driven strategies and operational excellence.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Advertiser Experience Strategy & Operation Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will leverage data insights to identify advertiser pain points, develop improvement strategies, and drive measurable enhancements to our commercial content review processes. Your work will directly contribute to creating the best-in-class experience for TikTok's advertising partners.

Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of advertiser experience data to identify trends, pain points, and improvement opportunities
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure and improve advertiser satisfaction
- Design and implement data-driven strategies to optimize content review processes and reduce friction for advertisers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Policy, Legal, and Operations to implement improvements
- Create clear, actionable reports and recommendations based on data analysis
- Measure and report on the impact of implemented changes and initiatives
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track advertiser experience metrics
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
- 1+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or strategy roles with a strong analytical focus
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights
- Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or Tableau
- Knowledge of advertising platforms or digital marketing ecosystems
- Experience in trust & safety, risk control, or policy enforcement
- Background in the Ad industry, consulting, or product operations
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $103000 - $203000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
