Advertiser Experience - Programme Manager (METAP)
Responsibilities
The Advertiser Experience team plays a critical role in driving initiatives to mitigate risks in Ads and Commerce and ensuring advertiser quality on our platform.
As a Programme Manager, you will lead the proactive engagement with local Sales teams on all integrity issues, and work with cross-functional stakeholders in Policy, Operations, Training, Product, and Process to identify, quantify and deliver solutions.
You will be the subject matter expert for integrity-related issues in a given regional market, continuously monitoring the performance of integrity systems in that market and working closely with stakeholders to improve performance and address emerging issues.
Responsibilities
This role is between strategic and operational.
As a programme manager in the Advertiser Experience team, you will:
- Interface with Sales and our advertisers to improve processes and policies for the METAP region (Middle East, Türkiye, Africa, Pakistan) and beyond (Central-South Asia).
- Be accountable for the integrity performance of part of the METAP market, be it in terms of countries or verticals.
- Collaborate closely with a team of specialists to triage challenges faced by sales and advertisers.
- Work with cross-functional teams, especially business integrity and data science, to ground new and existing projects in data and user feedback.
- Improve our advertisers' journey on TikTok through education initiatives and joint projects, communicating impact to internal and external stakeholders.
- Be an advocate of our broader approach on monetization policies, representing specific policy areas as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Advanced writing and communication skills: you focus on what's important and you are aware of the different communication styles necessary to present to stakeholders of different cultures and nationalities.
- Proven experience in project management role (preferably from operations like Trust and Safety, or analytics) or sales and sales-adjacent roles such as customer success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrate considerable experience initiating and driving projects to completion with autonomy.
- Innovative and process-oriented, experienced taking lead on issues with a data-driven pragmatic approach.
- Experience ramping up programs from concept and formulating frameworks, working collaboratively in a global, diverse team and environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, comfortable dealing with ambiguity, and with an exquisite eye for quality.
