Responsibilities
We're looking for a strategic and creative Account Manager to join our Content & Services team. This role focuses on managing and growing partnerships across a dynamic set of verticals including Auto & Travel, Education & NGO, Local Services, Media, and Entertainment & Gaming. You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them drive real business results and brand impact through TikTok's suite of ad solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients across multiple verticals, tailoring solutions to their unique needs and goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including marketing leads, agencies, and media buyers.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue, platform adoption, and client satisfaction.

- Provide guidance on campaign best practices, optimization tactics, and creative strategies.
- Educate clients on platform updates, policies, and industry trends relevant to their vertical.

- Leverage data and insights to deliver impactful business reviews and recommendations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in account management, digital marketing, or media sales.
- Experience working within at least one of the following verticals: Auto & Travel, Education & NGO, Local Services, Media, or Entertainment & Gaming.
- Proven success managing complex client relationships and exceeding growth targets.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments.
- Familiarity with TikTok's platform and creative best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to vertical-specific tools and systems (e.g., travel platforms, NGO messaging strategies, EdTech cycles, gaming launches).
- Experience with influencer marketing, paid social strategies, or creative consultancy.
- Understanding of public sector communications or seasonal campaign patterns.
