Responsibilities
Our SMB Scaled Business Sales team is responsible for delivering on programs and processes that drive growth in our fast-growing SMB segment of advertisers. As a Scaled Business Sales Specialist you will support innovative scalable sales programs across a diverse set of customers, focusing on driving revenue and product adoption. You will play a critical role in providing a variety of services that address our advertiser needs, and also in helping to identify opportunities to scale projects and drive ROI across the SMB long tail. Success in this position requires a passion for supporting clients, strong analytical skills, a focus on processes and operations and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and account management skills, digital marketing/advertising expertise, and experience working with SMBs and agency partners.

Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for strategic inbound sales for SMB advertisers, helping optimize ad campaigns using TikTok for Business advertising solutions.
- Develop and execute quarterly sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Analyze clients' KPIs and performance data, providing data-driven recommendations to maximize results through consulting.
- Collect sales challenges and operational improvements in the Japanese market, providing feedback to internal teams to optimize ad programs and operations.
- Work with global teams to apply the latest advertising strategies and products to the Japanese market.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of sales experience (experience in digital advertising or intangible goods is preferred).
- Strong data analysis skills, able to provide strategic recommendations based on numerical data.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through planned sales activities.
- Flexibility and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a dynamic environment.
- Conversational English proficiency (business-level English is preferred, but conversational-level is acceptable).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a global environment (collaborating with teams across different time zones and cultures).
- Experience in startups or fast-growing companies, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge and experience in the advertising or marketing industry
