Account Manager Project Intern (TikTok Shop - Home and Living) - 2025 Start (BS/MS)
Responsibilities
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

It brings together online sellers, buyers and creators - all within TikTok to build a one-stop, seamless shopping experience and bringing more commerce solutions that further enable our community to discover and engage with what they love.
About the team:
The Home & Electronics Team is responsible for the continued growth and development on TikTok Shop in the UK. As TikTok Shop continues to shake up the traditional e-commerce landscape, this team will also play a big part in shaping the future developments of the shopping platform and the services offered to both brands and customers within.

Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify high-quality opportunities in brands that will add value and drive growth on the platform; Focus on incubating and nurturing merchants to optimise their performance, while working towards team objectives and targets
- Account Management: Manage merchants and support their growth by collaborating with relevant teams to troubleshoot issues, optimise their visibility, and maximize their success on the platform
- Data Analysis: Deep dive into data to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and develop actionable modification plans
- Campaign: Manage the delivery of creative assets, traffic and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for a campaign launch; Monitor campaign delivery and make adjustments/recommendations
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s):
- Currently studying Bachelor's degree or above, graduating on or after 2026.
- Experience of relatable in-category management, at an e-commerce company, a large retailer, marketing, advertising or other company with specialism in category
- Strong analytics, organizational and communication skills
- A proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects effectively and work well under pressure to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
- A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change and ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse groups.
Preferred Qualification(s):
- Proven client-facing experience
- Familiarity with e-commerce markets
- Demonstrated experience in leading operational initiatives and delivering measurable results
