Team Introduction
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science.
GBS is a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambitious client group, and our HRBPs who support them are too! We are excited to continue adding to our Human Resources team to attract, engage, and retain top talent to drive the continued growth of the organization.
Responsibilities
-Account Management Support: Assist account managers in coordinating with clients, understanding their objectives, and ensuring their needs are met throughout the campaign process. This includes campaign setup (audience, budget, schedule, creative uploads, etc)

-Performance Monitoring and Optimization Support: Track campaign performance using analytics tools, assist in identifying opportunities for campaign optimization by analyzing data and suggesting adjustments to targeting, creative, or bidding strategies.
-Client Communication: Help prepare materials for client meetings, including updates on campaign progress and strategic recommendations based on data insights.
-Ad Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all advertisements adhere to TikTok's advertising policies and best practices, maintaining brand safety and compliance.
-Learning and Development: Engage in training sessions and workshops to enhance understanding of TikTok's advertising tools, features, and overall best practices in digital marketing.
-Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other departments, such as creative, analytics, and customer service teams, to ensure smooth campaign execution and resolution of any issues that may arise.
-Build a One-Pager: Identify clients' challenges and build a scalable solution and go-to-market strategy to support clients and bring more opportunities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
-Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Management, Communication, Economics, or any related field.
-Engage in organization, lead projects, OR attend team's competition
-Advanced English is a MUST
-Available to work 5 days/week for a minimum of 5 months
-Passionate for collaboration and decision-making and a desire to contribute to a dynamic team environment

-Good communication and interpersonal skills: The ability to clearly convey ideas, listen actively, and build rapport with colleagues. Effective communication helps in understanding client needs and providing excellent service.
-Strong organizational and time-management abilities: Being able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities efficiently, and meet deadlines.
-Willingness to learn and adapt quickly: Openness to acquiring new knowledge, skills, and adjusting to changing priorities or company processes. This is crucial for growth and success in a dynamic role.
-Problem-solving mindset and a positive attitude: The ability to identify issues, think critically, and find solutions confidently, all while maintaining a positive and proactive approach. It helps in handling client concerns effectively and improving service quality.
-Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, showing flexibility and willingness to assist others.
