Account Management Graduate - (TikTok Shop - Operations) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)
Responsibilities
The Account management team manages businesses within the different categories such as Fashion, Beauty & Multi Categories ( Home and Living, Electronics or FMCG). The team is responsible for identifying, acquiring and growing emerging merchants as well as creating long-term strategies to develop existing businesses on TikTok Shop.
This role is based in our Munich office.
Responsibilities:
- Map the responsible category and subcategories landscape, and define priority on which segment to be developed in collaboration with partners
- Define a go-to market strategy for a category/sub-category and build clear roadmap to manage long-tail partners
- Plan, execute and maintain category performance

- Partners acquisition and onboarding: identify potential partners, build onboarding solutions (including business model suggestions, creator affiliation, partners education) and set up their mid and long term account plan and help them grow their business sustainably on the platform
- Work cross functionally with internal teams and external service vendors to help partners with content on platform
- Own internal projects to contribute to the category ecosystem as a whole (including campaigns, product launches, B2B marketing)
- Come up with initiatives to continuously improve competitiveness advantage

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduated in 2025 or about to graduate early 2026
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills
- Customer service orientation and experience working in a client-facing capacity.
- Strong sense of social content (livestream and short-video is a preference)
- Fluent in English and German to ease communication with German stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or work experience in sales, business development, or e-commerce
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop
- Experience using CRM or campaign tracking tools to optimize workflows.
