Tasked with building the Greenworks Lending platform in key markets. This role will be on the front line to develop new channels and relationships that will directly lead to deal flow for the firm. In addition, this person will help bring Greenwork’s products directly to end-users through innovative and creative methods of on-the-ground market development work. This role requires quick thinking and the ability to navigate ambiguity and complex sets of relationships and political settings. 



Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • As Greenworks expands its footprint to several states in the coming years, the position will work to create the enabling market conditions for success.

  • Generate new market activity from scratch for the creation of new partnerships, channels and relationships for Greenworks

Learn and perfect a pitch to help support interest in Greenworks’ products for those in the commercial real estate and clean energy markets

  • Work hand-in-hand with newly developed channels to extract lead and deal flow for Greenworks

  • Attend events and help plan itinerary for high-intensity in-market trips for Greenworks senior management and local team

  • Help innovate go-to-market strategies and work to implement new plans and market efforts

  • Become knowledgeable in finance, commercial real estate and energy issues for partners, clients and the wider audience of stakeholders.

  • Educational Requirements

    • University (Degree) Preferred

    Potential Salary: $102,500.00 USD

    Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
