Sr Business Integration Consultant

The Senior Business Integration Consultant will represent Brokerage Operations on technology and continuous improvement projects. This role will be responsible for defining business requirements and performing readiness activities including testing, training, updating documentation and developing communications. The Senior Business Integration Consultant will be responsible for providing updates to the management team on the impact and status of projects.



Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Represent Brokerage Operations in the development of technology requirements. Engage management and front line staff to ensure that technology changes improve business processes and enhance the client experience. Coordinate review and sign-off of requirements.

  • Perform system testing, engaging front line staff as needed. Participate in user validation for system implementations.
     

  • Provide subject matter expertise on technology and continuous improvement projects.
     

  • Create training plans for technology and process changes. Develop training materials and deliver training for smaller-scale projects. Partner with Learning and Development on larger-scale projects.
     

  • Update job aids and training materials to reflect system and process changes.

     

  • Qualifications

    • 3 Years Required; 5 Years Preferred

    Required Qualifications:

    • Financial Services industry experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Prior experience with a broker-dealer and Pershing strongly preferred

    • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with peers and business partners
    • Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
    • Self-starter with an ability to work independently

    Potential Salary: $111,700.00 USD

    Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
