Sr Analyst, Shareholder Services

Shareholder Services is a multi-functional team which interacts and collaborates with internal business partners such as Product, Distribution, Legal and Compliance as well as external service providers and financial intermediaries to ensure superior service delivery for mutual fund shareholders.  As this position evolves the candidate may support Shareholder Services managers in multiple roles with the functions necessary to ensure quality service delivery across the team. 



Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Research shareholder account related items identified by internal business partners or external service providers providing timely and accurate responses.

  • Document, research and assist in resolution of written and verbal customer complaints.

Engage in regular data reconciliation activities to ensure various record keeping systems are in sync.

  • Assist management with oversight of transfer agent functions, including tracking and reporting of key service metrics.

  • Assist with projects and associated operational requirements supporting fund launches, mergers, and IT updates.

  • Provide backup to other team members and departmental functions as needed.

    • 2+ years’ of financial services experience; specifically ’40 Act Funds transfer agency services

    Potential Salary: $83,000.00 USD

    Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
