Specialist Testing Analyst
Directs the development, implementation and continuous improvement of quality management programs across the enterprise.

• Overseeing strategies, processes, guidelines and support of control plans which assure quality and reliability of manufactured products.


• Championing, promoting and continuously evaluating quality management initiatives and programs.


• Monitoring effectiveness of quality strategies and programs; initiating improvements as necessary.


• Directing staffing development and performance management programs for all quality staff; managing, motivating and developing management team.

• 5 Years Required; 7 Years Preferred

• University (Degree), Preferred

• Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work
