TIAA uses ServiceNow and CMDB extensively for complete ITSM management. TIAA’s ServiceNow and CMDB setup is known to be one of the best in industry and very sophisticated. Looking for a ServiceNow CMDB Lead Engineer to design and architect and maintain the existing CMDB and scale it up for complex requirements like Discovering servers, containers, networks, storage; etc (Discovery Module); Service Mapping to identify application inventory; Data quality validation; etc.

This is not an operational role; it’s a CMDB engineering role and will require very strong knowledge of ITSM and how CMDB can be leveraged to be golden source of CI data; incident management; risk management; etc.   The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of working experience with Service Now Discovery, the Asset and CI Management lifecycle, a background in ITIL, solid infrastructure knowledge and a working knowledge of IT operations. The candidate will lead a 5+ member CMDB team in India and partner with the CMDB Engineering experts from USA to create world class solutions.  The candidate will also have to interact with various CMDB stakeholders in AppDev and other Infrastructure teams.
