Paid Search & Paid Social Campaign Manager
The Paid Search & Paid Social Campaign Manager is responsible for implementing paid search and paid social campaigns for the enterprise, from initial setup to delivery and optimization. Working under minimal supervision, this job will be a key player on the growing Paid Media and Demand Generation team to help contribute to the strategy, development, implementation and optimization of paid search & paid social and other paid media across the enterprise.



Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develops, optimizes, and maintains paid search campaigns, including but not limited to: campaign set-up, keyword development, ad copy creation and testing, account set-up, organization and restricting, bid and budget management, A/B testing and re-targeting.

Monitors daily searches on high priority keywords (i.e. focus products, lead terms, etc.) and performs market research to understand and leverage industry-specific marketing best practices.

  • Develops, optimizes and maintains Paid Social campaigns, including account set up, campaign set up, creating and deploying tracking pixels, ad copywriting, bid management and related campaign management tasks.

  • Drive audience strategies leveraging 1st party, 2nd party and 3rd party data and evaluate and recommend potential 3rd party partners

  • Supports the daily management of campaign activities to maximize the success of all launched campaigns and ensure revenue, budget and other business goals are being met.

  • Build campaign performance dashboards using a combination of tools including in-platform, Data Studio, DOMO or similar analytics tools to inform colleagues, business partners and senior management of campaign performance and opportunities.

  • Generate, deploy and manage media tags using Campaign Manager & Google Tag Manager

  • Support account billing, invoicing and reconciliation by collaborating with the Finance team.

  • Participate in the compliance review and archive process

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, conduct competitor and audience research to inform campaign strategies

  • Educational Requirements

    • University (Degree) Preferred

    Required Qualifications:

    • Two plus years of online advertising experience in Paid Search & Paid Social with tools like Google Ads, Facebook or LinkedIn

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in the financial services industry, banking, retirement planning, wealth management or asset management firms
    • Google Ads (Fundamentals & Advanced) Certifications, Facebook Certified Digital Marketing Associate or other digital marketing certifications a plus

    Potential Salary: $83,600.00 USD

    Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
