About the Role

The role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to further develop their career in Digital Marketing. Based in Nuveen’s London office, the Digital Producer will be supporting the Head of Institutional Digital Product Management to develop and execute the strategic digital marketing programs to best position Nuveen for growth within its institutional business.

The role is focused on our institutional websites, working closely with marketing peers within the U.K. as well as the US, Germany and Asia Pacific offices to align the sites with Nuveen’s institutional marketing strategy.   You would be part of the Web Marketing team which is responsible for the development of improved customer experiences, solution architecture and tools on nuveen.com. This team creates and drives the vision, strategic development, deployment, and support of websites, applications and integrated marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ability to work within an agile product delivery model and lead scoping for new digital projects – to include the development of business cases, scoping of requirements, and supporting metrics

  • Responsible for product actions, such as new fund launches and mergers, as well as optimizing product web pages and ensuring data and content compliance

  • Facilitate production operations for front end UX, CMS management, data feeds, API integrations, and troubleshooting

  • Work closely with business partners, product owners and the creative team to create web pages within the CMS, utilizing different components and templates to achieve the optimal design and customer experience

  • Support a continuous improvement-oriented work environment and mindset

  • Ensure appropriate product testing, oversee user acceptance testing and support go-to-market planning in order to increase traffic and gain successful customer engagement

  • Work alongside analytical team partners, ensure success measurement plan is executed and outcomes are communicated to the various stakeholders

  • Support personalization, CRM connectivity and other marketing automation initiatives that involve Nuveen’s websites

  • Support Nuveen’s overall social media strategy, including content creation and curation for corporate social media and Nuveen’s sales enablement program

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a product development/content management digital setting

  • Financial services industry / asset management experience preferred

  • Understanding of CMS, web design, information architecture and user interface best practices

  • Ability to manage, organize, coordinate, and prioritize tasks among multiple projects is critical, while adhering to delivery timelines

  • Agile Scrum development lifecycle experience, plus coordinating with ScrumMasters and development team members

  • Motivated self-starter with a great attention to detail and a keen eye for quality control

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience linking product design and features to strategic objectives, while using a data-driven approach to substantiate insights and recommendations

  • Experience with content, usability, navigation, graphics, interpreting user research and offering strategic UX insight on designing, developing and continuously evolving a web product

  • Experience with the content management system Sitecore.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills in order to meet routinely with individuals at all levels of the organization as well as outside vendors

  • Experience with web analytics tools, knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus

  • Candidate must be self-directed and have excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

  • Experience with HTML/CSS

  • Understanding of financial services regulations and compliance a plus.

  • Experience with the business applications of LinkedIn (experience of using Hearsay a plus)
