This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAA’s family of companies and will be employed by TIAA's preferred 3rd Party Supplier. As a Non-Employee CW, perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related duties. Demonstrates an exceptional standard of quality and holds themselves accountable to achieving excellent results.

This role is located onsite at our TIAA office in Jacksonville, FL, USA but will currently be remote.

The anticipated term of this engagement will be 23 months. This term could be extended based on company business needs.


The Senior Business Systems Analyst analyzes business and information needs in order to design optimal systems solutions. Working under minimal supervision, this job designs system solutions that are appropriate for business needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture. This job also recommends improvements to the existing IT systems and processes.

Educational Requirements

Write content for all related financial digital properties, including but not limited to websites, applications and digital tools. 
• Collaborate with designers to develop and execute concepts that creatively bring our brand to life, with a voice and message that are powerfully and consistently communicated
• Develop content within timelines, budget and project requirements
• Collaborate with internal and external partners
• Edit and proofread new content with a keen attention to detail
• Must have strong initiative and work ethic to meet critical project deadlines
• Responsible for the organization of multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while adhering to set timelines and budgets
• Ability to take complex tasks and create simple and clean solutions
• Responsible for writing web and/or other digital properties

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required

Work Experience

  • 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred

The Digital Copywriter/Content Strategist will work in tandem with design, UX and web development professionals to bring first-class digital experiences to life. Responsibilities include writing purposeful and actionable content, along with the ability to present clear rationales for creative recommendations based on brand guidance, business objectives, target audience and current best practices. 

Essential Functions

Write content for all related financial digital properties, including but not limited to websites, applications and digital tools. 

Collaborate with designers to develop and execute concepts that creatively bring our brand to life, with a voice and message that are powerfully and consistently communicated

Develop content within timelines, budget and project requirements

Collaborate with internal and external partners

Edit and proofread new content with a keen attention to detail

Knowledge, skills and abilities requirements

• Must have strong initiative and work ethic to meet critical project deadlines

• Organizational and time management skills to complete multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while adhering to set timelines and budgets

• Ability to take complex tasks and create simple and clean solutions

• Mastery of the written English language and grammar

• Extensive knowledge and experience writing for the web and/or other digital properties

• Ability to work within a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and collaborative creative environment

• Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and clients

• Strong experience collaborating with designers during various phases of content development

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of marketing writing experience and bachelor’s degree in a related field

• Experience writing for financial services or other regulated industries

• Knowledge of emerging trends for content distribution

Potential Salary: $103.00 USD

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
