Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Supervising the entire recruitment process, including the directing, coordinating and attracting of qualified employees to the organization.

  • Reviewing recruiting analysis and reports; recommending improvements for recruiting strategies and practices to Human Resources management based on reports findings.

  • Supervising the recruiting team's performance to ensure that recruiting targets are met.

  • Working with management to identify personnel needs and workforce planning strategies.
