Performs talent data analysis and modeling to generate insights and solution for ambiguous and complex talent issues.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Understanding and analyzing existing business and talent issues; defining HR report requirements.
- Identifying useful talent data; collecting, consolidating and interpreting talent data.
- Utilizing talent analytical tools to perform data analysis; generating ad-ho reports to support business decision making.
- Assisting and participating in talent data validation and cleaning to ensure the quality and integrity of data.
