The Systems Analyst job supports the designing of information systems that are appropriate for users' needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture. Working under close supervision, this job is responsible for analyzing information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system and preparing the design of possible systems solutions.


Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Identifies revisions to existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary.


• Monitors the efficiency and effectiveness of systems operations and troubleshooting problems, as necessary.


• Supports the definition of system scope through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems.

• University (Degree) Preferred

• No Experience Required

• Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work

• Responsible for monitoring and triaging the ETL batch Application on Autosys and Data stage.
• Strong critical thinking and Analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills and able co-ordinate with business stakeholders.
• Should be multi-tasking and have documentation skills.
• Must be willing and able to work in shift rotation.
• Ensure successful handover of procedures between shifts
• Should have strong SQL and shell script skills.
• Should contribute in Project continuous improvement activities.
• Able to adapt and learn new technologies within project.
• Should be a team player and able to compliment the team to complete the deliverables.
• Prior knowledge on Check Free - Frontier tool is an added advantage.
• Prior Knowledge on GL accounting and Bank Reconciliation is an added advantage.
