The Spanish Content Marketer is part of a collaborative team that works with attorney clients throughout the United States.

  • Deliver on established content plans in Spanish and English for clients, including fulfillment of blog posts, new website content, social media promotions and social videos.
  • Consult documented content strategy and with internal partners to understand client business goals, brand differentiators, target audiences, and tone and voice.
  • Research and write content in Spanish and English that complies with internal best practices, industry standards and corporate policies.
  • Edit or revise Spanish and English content based on internal or external feedback.
  • Meet established deliverables and quality expectations.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and on multiple projects at one time.
  • Write compelling content in Spanish and English consistent with the customers practice area(s) and geographic location.
  • Understand and use performance metrics to refine and improve writing performance.
  • Work as part of a team, completing varied work assignments and collaborating with others as required.
  • Establish and maintain proficiency in company business systems including content management, workflow management and time tracking systems.
  • Participate in team and cross-functional initiatives related to the improvement of product, process and writing best practices.

About You

You're a fit for the role if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree: Communications, Journalism, or related degree preferred.
    Spanish language fluency with Spanish as a first language, both written and spoken.
    Proficiency in both Spanish and English (writing and speaking) required.
  • 1-2 years minimum professional content writing experience in Spanish and English.
  • Internet writing experience in legal, marketing, social media or journalism field is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of United States legal concepts and terminology, AP style / standard rules for grammar, punctuation and spelling and Digital marketing and search engine optimization strategies.
  • Strong online and legal research skills.
  • Excellent Spanish and English writing skills with demonstrated ability to successfully write for the desired media.
  • Ability to communicate in written and spoken English with team members.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and handle multiple and/or conflicting projects and priorities.
  • Works well in a team environment, embraces change and is highly adaptable.
  • Deadline driven and able to achieve output and metric goals.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • English, communications, journalism, or related background is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with great attention to detail.
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Ability to craft creative writing solutions for attorney clients in Spanish and English from different geographies, backgrounds, and legal practices.
  • Two recent and relevant writing samples are required for consideration.
