About the Role:
In this Opportunity as Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for
- Analyzing and extracting data from source systems (Salesforce or other) and migrating it to target systems (Salesforce or other).
- Managing data migration processes including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to ensure seamless and accurate data transitions. You'll use tools like Alteryx to cleanse, transform, and load data.
- Ensuring data quality by applying data validation techniques, along with cleansing and transformation, to maintain high standards and ensure data integrity.
- Generating insightful reports that support business decisions, highlighting key findings, and addressing any data quality issues.
- Defining and reviewing data mappings and transformation rules to ensure smooth and accurate data flows.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to align data solutions with business objectives.
- Providing valuable data insights and creating data metric reports generation about Data Quality to support data architects in their decision-making and system design.
- Working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment to deliver high-quality, actionable data solutions on time.
- Reporting to a Data Migration Lead and would work closely with Data analysts as well Data architects across technology.

About You:
You're a fit for the role of Senior Data Analyst if your background includes:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Data Science, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in data analysis, including hands-on work with Salesforce, data migration, and ETL processes.
- Preferably deep understanding of Salesforce data structures and its functionality.
- Experience with ETL tools, especially Alteryx, and other data integration platforms.
- Experience with Snowflake for data warehousing, querying and optimization.
- Strong skills in data transformation, mapping analysis, and data validation techniques (e.g., range checks, consistency checks, uniqueness checks, and null value handling) to ensure data accuracy and quality.
- Expertise in data cleansing, data quality management, and validation techniques to maintain clean, accurate data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with business teams and technical experts. Proficiency in SQL, preferably data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and Excel.
- Familiarity with migrating binary files and handling data transfers across systems is a plus.
- Previous experience working on sales and marketing data is a plus.
