Senior Customer Trust Analyst, Go to Market

As a Senior Analyst on the Go to Market / Customer Content Team, you will play a key role in managing and curating the public-facing information security content for Thomson Reuters' Trust Center and Trust Portal. You will collaborate across product, technology, and customer-facing teams to ensure our customers have seamless access to accurate, timely, and relevant information security content. This is a fast-paced role with high visibility across the Information Security, Product, and Go to Market organizations.

About the Role
In this opportunity as a Senior Customer Trust Analyst, Go to Market, you will

  • Manage and contribute to the creation, review, and maintenance of public-facing information security content for the Thomson Reuters Trust Center and individual product pages.


  • Oversee and process access requests to the Trust Center, ensuring efficient and compliant user onboarding.


  • Administer document storage and sharing through the Trust Portal, maintaining proper organization, access controls, and version management.


  • Identify, gather, and report on key usage and engagement metrics from both the Trust Center and Trust Portal, providing actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.


  • Collaborate with internal product, engineering, legal, and communications teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with both customer and regulatory requirements.


  • Support the ongoing development and structure of the Customer Trust internal knowledgebase, promoting knowledge sharing and process standardization.


  • Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to public security content, acting with urgency and professionalism.


  • Identify opportunities for process and content improvements to enhance the customer experience and ensure industry-leading transparency.


  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Thomson Reuters' security programs, practices, and positioning for both enterprise and product-level offerings.


  • Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by Customer Trust leadership.

About You
You're a fit for the role of Senior Customer Trust Analyst, Go to Market if your background includes:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in information security, risk management, content management, customer trust, or a related field.


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate security and compliance topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.


  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and functions in a matrixed organization.


  • Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.


  • Experience managing web content, customer portals, or knowledge management systems is preferred.


  • Familiarity with information security concepts, frameworks (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001), and regulatory requirements is beneficial.


  • Experience gathering and analyzing metrics to drive continuous improvement.


  • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and content management tools.


  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States (if required for travel).


  • Willingness to submit to a background investigation, including verification of past employment, criminal history, and educational background.
