Key Deliverables & Accountabilities

  • Assist General Managers on freelancer contracts, vendor account setup and payments. Ensure timely follow through on unresolved issues.
  • Track staff issues, including managing up-to-date headcount tracker and assisting on issues related to our contractor population.
  • Manage purchase orders using internal procurement tool, Ariba.
  • Assist a set of few executives on travel and hotel bookings for business travels and ensure their expenses during this is reconciled and submitted in time.
  • Ensure all reports are accurate, current, and easily accessible when needed.
  • Providing specialized and complex administrative services and coordination for complex departmental projects, applying prior knowledge and experience of internal systems.

About You

You're a fit for the role of Operations Analyst if your background includes:

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize competing demands to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Interest in or openness to working with accounts payable and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in utilizing database search tools to gather and analyze relevant information efficiently.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and take initiative in implementing enhancements.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a rotational shift schedule, supporting 24/5 operations as required by the business.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in administration, customer support, or stakeholder management.
