About the Role:

In this opportunity as Lead Developer Service Cloud, you will:

  • Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical requirements and design specifications.

About You:

You're fit for the role of Lead Developer Service Cloud, if your background includes:

  • Years of Experience: 10 - 15 Years.
  • Leading and managing the technical aspects of Salesforce implementations and projects, including designing and developing custom solutions,

    and integrating the Salesforce platform with other systems and applications.
  • Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to meet customer support needs.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead with a focus on Service Cloud implementations.
  • Develop and maintain robust Customer Community portals for seamless interaction between customers and your organization.
  • Hands on Experience in Service Cloud features like Case Management,Case Routing,Live Agent,Omni-Channel,and Knowledge Base to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge in Live agent webchats,Role-based permissions,Team collaboration systems,Community Cloud integration,Service-level agreements (SLA) with visual timelines.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the organization to drive successful implementation of Service Cloud solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and systems using REST/SOAP APIs, and manage data migration and integration processes.
  • Work closely with Salesforce Architects and other technical teams to support ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and optimization of the Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical requirements and design specifications.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to other team members, and contributing to the development of best practices and standards for the Salesforce platform.
