Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Gather and define business and technical requirements.
  • Write detailed specifications when appropriate.
  • Work closely with internal clients to design workflows and solutions business problems. Work with external vendors to ensure cloud environments meet Service Level agreements and system redundancies.
  • Design, develop and perform unit testing on high-level solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
  • Research and stay abreast of available technologies.
  • Provide maintenance support and problem resolution.
  • May be assigned to very large or complex projects and assignments.
  • Remote work anywhere in the US is permissible

Employer will accept a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related technical field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Engineer-related occupation.

Position requires the following experience:

(1.) Five (5) years of experience with Technical/Development skills on RICEW (Reports, Integrations, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) components in Oracle Applications 11i/R12 (EBS)

(2.) Five (5) years of experience with developing and customizing Reports/Forms using SQL, PL/SQL, XML Publisher/BI Publisher Reports, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Forms6i/9i/10g, Reports6i/9i/10g, Oracle 9.x/10g/11g, UNIX Shell Scripts, Java, Oracle Web ADI

(3.) Five (5) years of experience with General Ledger, Account Payables, Fixed Assets, Cash management, Purchasing, Inventory, iExpense, iProcurement modules

(4.) Five (5) years of experience with resolving issues that were affecting go-live and monthly/yearly period closing activities before the business gets affected (3.) Three (3) years of experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

The base pay range for this position in Washington, D.C. is US $173,763.00 to $199,300.00 per year. The actual salary within this range will depend on individual skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. This position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive program, and a member of the Talent Acquisition team will discuss bonus payment terms and conditions during the interview process.
