- You value thoughtful collaboration with cross-functional partners, especially in high-stakes, fast-moving environments.
- You're motivated to think differently, invent the future, and challenge assumptions about what engagement should look like.
- Lead strategy and execution across initiatives that shape how our journalism is presented and experienced
- Partner closely with editorial stakeholders to understand goals, workflows, and opportunities for storytelling innovation
- Define and manage product roadmaps that improve content presentation, user engagement, and overall experience
- Drive product discovery and experimentation in collaboration with engineering, design, and newsroom teams
- Communicate vision, priorities, and tradeoffs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Contribute to product culture through mentorship, clear thinking, and a strong sense of ownership
- 5-7 years of product management experience, including ownership of consumer-facing digital products
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Media, Computer Science, Business, or related disciplines)
- Experience working in content or information-driven companies.
- Strong track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch and iteration
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with editorial and technical teams
- Ability to think strategically and make data-informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
