Job Description
The Partner Manager, Systems Integrators (SI) at Arc XP will play a pivotal role in driving strategic partnerships and alliances with SIs worldwide. This role, reporting to the Senior Director, Partnerships, is focused on establishing profitable partnerships with large global systems integrators (GSI's) to drive revenue growth, expand market reach and enhance the overall value proposition of the Arc XP's SaaS CMS solution. In addition, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing relationships with our key existing SI partner network. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and technical acumen within the marketing technology landscape.

- Cultivate strong relationships with GSIs, acting as the primary contact, promptly addressing their needs and fostering collaboration.
- Work with key stakeholders to contribute to the development of tailored training programs and resources for SIs to enhance their proficiency in selling and supporting the ARC XP solution
- Identify joint business opportunities, collaborating closely with sales to drive revenue growth, while tracking partner-driven metrics for optimization with SI partners.
- Execute strategic partner plans, aligning goals with business objectives and market strategy to maximize mutual value.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by serving as a liaison between SIs and key internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
- Minimum 5 years' experience with both regional and global system integrator partner management in B2B SaaS environments
- Experience navigating multiple stakeholders in complex organizational structures
- Ability to operate independently and run your partners like your own business
- Experience in working with partners from recruitment to enablement to lead generation to closure of deals
- Adept at effectively collaborating with sales, product, marketing and technical enablement teams
