The Washington Post is seeking an experienced membership coordinator to lead the customer relationship efforts for a new premium membership tier. This role is pivotal in building and launching a high-end product that caters to the needs of influential leaders and executives who want to be part of the Post's new thought leadership councils. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the B2B membership space, with a proven track record of managing relationships for top-tier executive audiences.

- Client Relationship Management:
- Member Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and thought leaders, ensuring a seamless, white-glove experience tailored to their needs.
- High-Touch Customer Service : Provide proactive, solutions-oriented support, anticipating member needs and delivering timely, personalized assistance across all touchpoints.
- Exclusive Experience Management : Oversee member onboarding, renewals, and ongoing interactions, curating premium experiences that enhance engagement and retention.
- Strategic Communication & Insights : Act as a trusted point of contact, delivering relevant insights, updates, and opportunities that add value to members' professional and business goals.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Assist with system administration, membership engagement, and overall product success, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Utilize data and insights to continuously refine and improve the membership offering and sales approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales or product management, specifically targeting executive audiences.
- Proven track record of building and selling high-end products to c-suite executives, policy leaders, and thought leaders.
- Strong understanding of the media industry and the needs of executive-level clients.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies.
- Experience in planning and managing high-profile events and producing thought leadership content.
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this position is:
85,100.00 - 127,700.00 USD Annual
The actual salary within this range will depend on individual skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. This position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive program, and a member of the Talent Acquisition team will discuss bonus payment terms and conditions during the interview process.
