Wir suchen für unsere Zentrale in Düsseldorf zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Talent Acquisition Operations Manager (m/w/d) - Data & Employer Branding.
Du bist Teil des europäischen TA OPS Teams und supportest in dieser Rolle vor allem das deutsche und österreichische Team in den Bereichen Reporting / Data, Employer Branding und content & channels.

- Fundierte Erfahrung auf Agentur Seite oder im Consultion einer Media Beratung wümschenswert, alternative fundierte Erfahrung im Operations Management für Talent Acquisition und Employer Branding
- Background oder Bezug zum filialisierten Einzelhandel von Vorteil
- Passion für Daten und Tech und Umgang mit Zahlen und Insights
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Recruiting Teams erforderlich sowie europäische Erfahrung wünschenswert
- Reisebereitschaft
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
