Für unseren Store in Villach suchen wir ab sofort einen stellvertretenden Filialleiter / Deputy Manager / stellvertretenden Store Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit ab 30 Std. pro Woche.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Ablaufs im operativen Tagesgeschäft
• Umgang mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen
• Einarbeitung, Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung des Teams
• Durchführung von Mitarbeiterschulungen
• Personaleinsatzplanung
• Vertretung der Filialleitung

Dein Profil:

• Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel, der Gastronomie, im Hotel oder ähnlichen Bereichen mit Kundenkontakt oder Kundenservice
• Kaufmännisches Denken und Handeln
• Führungserfahrung, idealerweise von größeren Teams
• Hands-On Mentalität
• Hohe Lern- und Leistungsbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
• Stellvertretender Marktleiter, Abteilungsleiter, Department Manager, Substitut

Wir bieten ein attraktives und marktkonformes Bruttojahresgehalt, dass sich an Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung orientiert und das für diese Position mindestens 40.000€ auf Vollzeitbasis beträgt.
