Senior Financial Analyst HG Analysis

- Ways you will make a difference:
- Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to provide detailed financial analysis and strategic recommendations on multifaceted initiatives across all levels of management
- Collaborate with the Group President and operational specialists and form relationships within the business
- Develop presentations and messaging for senior leadership
- Synthesize conclusions and develop recommendations based on data you have captured
- Potential Projects:
- Capital Investment Decision Process - evaluate projects to determine if they meet return-on-investment criteria, as well as support the long term growth of the business
- Real Estate - provide store pro-forma analysis and other property evaluations for the company
- Store Performance - analyze operational efficiencies and expense controls to ensure profit is improved in each location
- Marketing Campaigns - partner with Marketing to evaluate advertising and media campaigns
- Merchandising Initiatives - evaluate inventory management / merchandising initiatives
- Presentation preparation and critical metric performance reporting
- Develop 1, 3 and 5-year financial plans and budgets
- Ideal candidate will have:
- 3-5 years of Financial Analysis experience; Consulting, Investment Banking or FP&A experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics preferred
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Proven aptitude with Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple engagements and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment
- High level of curiosity to explore, learn and understand business information

This position has a starting salary range of $80,500 to $102,700 per year.
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
This position is eligible for an annual incentive.
