We're looking for a Marketing Production Specialist to drive the successful execution and delivery of all creative projects across our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you'll take charge of production workflows, anticipating needs and planning 1 to 3 months ahead to ensure flawless alignment with marketing and corporate goals. You'll be the operational backbone that keeps multiple, fast-moving initiatives on track-collaborating with passionate creatives and seeing your impact in real time. What You'll Do:

  • Monitors project progress (task lists, due dates, status) using project management tools, identifies potential issues, and proactively implements solutions to keep projects on track
  • Assists with production workflow improvement and optimization initiatives by providing feedback and supporting the implementation of process improvements and best practices
  • Collaborates with Brand, PR, CR, Style+, Gift Card, Charity, and Corporate teams to support project intake and briefing, ensuring a clear understanding of scope, objectives, and deliverables to support brand marketing and corporate plans
  • Supports managing studio project budget, issues purchase orders and processes invoices

About You:

  • Minimum two (2) years of related experience in project management and/or account management experience in an agency, in-house or corporate setting; retail experience preferred
  • Experienced with project management tools, preferably Workfront, to manage timelines, resources, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Solid understanding of creative production timelines for tasks such as copywriting, graphic design, photo editing, and retouching, to ensure accurate project scoping and scheduling
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence business partners to help prioritize activities and resources to meet the organization needs, build rapport and credibility to be a trusted advisor, including strong interviewing, negotiating, listening, and information gathering skills

Salary Range: $60,082.50-$84,115.50 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
