Responsibilities:

Strategy

  • Contribute to the delivery of HR strategies to support organizational goals and objectives
  • Partner with functional leaders and leadership teams to ensure the overall organization and culture are designed around strategic growth and performance goals
  • Enable continuous improvement and change
  • Provide high level coaching and counsel to leaders

Talent

  • Influence and support the client function's Talent Agenda
  • Along with leaders and learning partners, help architect solutions for future talent needs
  • Drive a strategic learning culture encouraging of cross-functional opportunities
  • Facilitate/enable talent strategy
  • Guide the acquisition, staffing, development and retention of TJX Associates

Engagement

  • Drive and ensure talent development, succession planning, and a culture of inclusion within assigned groups
  • Collaborate in the management of compensation, and benefits programs and support a high level of employee engagement through the stewardship of a healthy work environment.
  • Advocate use of performance management and feedback mechanisms to insure frequent, candid communication with Associates

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR strategy, policies and processes and their implementation
  • Rigorously pursues practical business solutions while spontaneously responding to the day to day needs of the business
  • Accustomed to working as a strategic business partner; demonstrable track record of defining and delivering HR strategy that meets long-term, strategic business goals
  • Proven experience supporting leaders in the advancement of Inclusion and Diversity strategies and initiatives
  • Developed full life cycle project management skills with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects
  • Superior team building and leadership skills with ability to make strong connections to influence the organization
  • Promotes and educates others regarding the link between HR and client and business impact
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to communicate complex business information in a clear and compelling way
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence, collaborate and build effective working relationships with internal partners in a constantly evolving environment
  • Developed business acumen, with recognizable executive presence and confidence
  • Data trending and analysis with storytelling

Who We Are Looking For: You.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of comparable HRBP experience, additional specialized CoE such as Recruiting, Organizational Development, Talent Management experience a plus
  • Understanding of Employment Law and Employee Relations
  • Experience supporting a dynamic, large scale cross-functional environment
  • Experience working in a high growth organization
  • HR Certification a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite

This position has a starting salary range of $66,500.20-83,100.16 per year.
