As an Assistant Store Manager, your key responsibilities will include contributing to achieving and exceeding store KPIs through effective leadership and coaching. You will also oversee inventory management, including receiving, replenishment, and markdowns, to optimize merchandise availability. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing company policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

To excel in this role, previous retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment, is required. You should also possess excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle the demands of the position.
