How will you make an impact?
- Apply troubleshooting techniques to provide solutions to our customers' individual needs.
- Learn and use new technologies.
- Build partnerships at all levels of the organization to analyze and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- Together with business community, help to identify business value and to prioritize requirements according to expected business benefits.
- Collaborate with developers and subject authorities to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs and define concepts under direction of project leaders.
- Prepare and implement test plans, communication and training to end users for new functionality.
- Ability to automate processes and procedures for new technical environments.

Education & Experience
- Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related field of study, or equivalent experience
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in a multi-layered environment with a main focus with structured and unstructured technical services.
- Experience with Windows server, Linux, Oracle, MS SQL Server, NetApp.
- Experience with ETL tools, SQL language and interface technologies.
- Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Understanding of project management lifecycle, including Agile methodology.
- Experience with change management iincluding operational and user documentation n a regulated business (medical devices).
- Experience with performance & tuning, tackle, high availability and disaster recovery.
- Experience with IT security (Active Directory, databases, firewalls).
