System Analyst II

Job Description

  • Primary escalation contact for local PSG IT Service Issues / Requests
  • Partner with site business leaders including XLT/SLT to maximise corporate shared services to deliver best in class service for the local PSG site(s)
  • Champion innovation by maximising the global IT community of practice to drive technology efficiencies.
  • Establish and adhere to objectives, budgets, schedules, and work plans as the need arises by the local site(s) and PSG Organization
  • Prioritize and manage local technology projects and responsibilities to meet business objectives.
  • Support regulatory and audit compliance for IT systems by coordinating with local and global Quality and Technology groups.
  • Interpret business needs and translate them into support services.
  • Adapt to constantly evolving business needs and recommend scalable technology solutions.
  • Perform desktop, local network, server, enterprise storage and virtualization technology troubleshooting where applicable.
  • Collaborates with global (e.g., Network team, Servers team, etc.) and local IT, OT, Engineering Teams and vendors to review and resolve system issues to minimize business impact, maintain manufacturing system availability and reliability.
  • Chips in to post implementation support of short and long-term manufacturing and automation project solutions to meet business and technology needs.
  • Contributes to the site implementation, maintenance and support of GxP OU
  • Analyzes existing systems, identifies gaps/issues/opportunities between systems and user processes, proposes process improvement and system enhancements, develops and delivers system solutions to improve business efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborates with business and local CIS to identify and recommend process, system, hardware, and software improvements / upgrades to increase efficiency, security, process improvement, customer satisfaction, and availability.
  • Collaborates with IT Quality/Compliance Specialist, Business Analyst and CSV to maintain, generate, review, approve, and control departmental documentation (e.g., SC, IQ, system reports, user requirements, guidelines, etc.)
