What will you do?
[Job Description]
- Responsible for inventory analysis and management to ensure adequate stocking level.
- Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Plan, prepare and manage annual Stock takes and regular cycle counting over the year.
- SOP/ WI regular update and management.
- Inbound wrong ship management.
- Return unit system receiving.
- Global Scrap management.
- Trouble shooting for inventory issues/system error.
- Continuous improvement process & Cost saving.
- Various SCM Project support.
- Other tasks as defined in related company procedure or assigned by the direct supervisor.

How will you get there?
Education
- bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
- Experience in SCM field preferred. (logistics, distribution center, warehouse, planning)
- ERP (SAP, Oracle E1, etc), WMS, TMS, OMS
- Improvement activity tool experience. (Kaizen, Six Sigma, lean, Gemba, Kata, 5S, JDI, Heatmap)
- Project experience such a project leader/member preferred.
- Participate in cost-saving activities as a leader or team member preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- English (Read/Write/Speak)
- OA skills (Excel, Power Point, Power BI, Power Automate, Class, Visio, Sketch up, RPA)
- Clear communication
- Teamwork
